Continuous development and bringing the mobile direction to a new level (introduction of modularization, toggling, logging, tools for a/b tests, optimization, and acceleration of CI/CD).
Support for regular releases of existing products. Scaling of current processes to speed up delivery and ensure the release of more than 10 mobile applications every 2 weeks.
Review of the architecture of the company’s internal projects.
Administrative management of Android and iOS developers (directly or through leads).
Building an optimal team structure (product and platform) and processes for flexible business goals.
Joint planning of improvements with backend, frontend, and QA departments.
Elimination of technical debt and legacy.
Our expectations
Confident technical knowledge in the Android or iOS stack, you must be partially hands-on (conduct code review and architecture of new projects).
Experience in leading a team of 10-20 people.
Experience in growing a team and Team Leaders in it.
The ability to build a process from scratch and optimize an existing one non-invasively.
A metric view of processes and results.

Experience in different types of companies (product, outsourcing, outstaff, etc.).
