Development and facilitation of project management processes as part of the PMO team;
Project portfolio management: interaction with stakeholders, product and technical teams;
Active participation in both Discovery and Delivery initiatives;
Organization of the work of the project team;
Prioritization and planning of work, control of deadlines and execution;
Documentary support of projects.
Our expectations
Work experience in the Middle/Senior PM position for 3+ years;
Experience in managing a product and/or technical team (mobile development, platforms, API);
Knowledge of modern project management methodologies, product and technical team processes;
Strong soft skills, willingness to lead and dive into the subject area;
The level of English sufficient to work with technical documentation (reading, participation in the preparation of documentation for English-speaking clients).
Will be a plus
Certification by PMI, Kanban University, Scrum Alliance, and similar organizations;
Understanding the mechanisms of exchange trading, including futures and options trading;
