Tasks

Management of backend testing teams.
Mentoring and professional development of testers in subordination.
Hiring people for the team.
Team-building activities for team development.
Product testing and automation of test scenarios.
Formation and development of a Backend testing and automation strategy in conjunction with Head of QA.
Assistance in building QA/QC processes together with development leaders.
Integration of automation processes into the CI process.
Development of an automation framework in Python from scratch (replacing the outdated Java framework).

Knowledge of testing methodologies and their conscious application in work.
Understanding of software development and lifecycle processes.
Python programming experience.
Experience in building automation processes.
Experience writing Python frameworks (Architecture, dev design, and low entry threshold for testers).
Experience testing multicomponent systems (microservice architecture).
Experience in E2E and integration testing.
Work experience in the field of QA for at least 5 years.
Experience in managing a team of QA engineers for at least 2 years.
Experience working with Linux OS.
Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation.
