Lead Technical Writer

Tasks

• Leading the external documentation development (description of features, API, integration guides, etc.).
• Leading the internal documentation development (processes, description of algorithms, architecture and details of the implementation of business logic).
• Documentation for auditors.
• Automation of documentation development.
• Documentation review.
• Building documentation development processes.

Our expectations

• Experience in developing software documentation for at least 5 years.
• Work experience in a managerial position of at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of Asciidoc/Markdown, OpenAPI, Tex/Latex markup.
• Level of written English – Advanced+.
• Basic knowledge of JSON, XML, YAML, HTML.
• Ability to work with Jira, Confluence, Git.
• Linux experience (basic console skills).

Will be a plus

• Experience with building CI/CD documentation.
• Experience with reading code in Go, Python, JS.
• Understanding the principles of client-server systems.
• Database skills.
• The ability to make simple SQL queries.
• Knowledge of RESTful architecture patterns.
• Basic knowledge of UML.
• Experience with Linux (basic console skills).
