Senior System Analyst

Tasks

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Design system solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Develop comprehensive system architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
Lead the implementation of system enhancements, overseeing the entire lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality and performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights and recommendations on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior capacity.
In-depth knowledge of system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in system modeling and design, with hands-on experience in utilizing modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships and driving consensus.
